Privacy policy

This policy covers SubZero Labs Poster ("the tool"), made by SubZero Labs. The tool is used only by our own team on TikTok accounts that SubZero Labs owns.

What we get from TikTok

• The connected account's TikTok ID (open ID), display name and profile picture.
• An access token and a refresh token, which let the tool upload drafts to that account.
• The status of each upload (for example, that a draft reached the inbox).

What we send to TikTok

Only the video files we made and chose to upload, with their caption. We never send anything about other people.

How we use it

Only to upload our own videos to our own accounts and to check that each upload worked. We do not sell, share or rent this data, and we do not use it for ads.

Where it is kept

The tokens and the upload log are kept on our own computer, in files only our team can open. We keep them while the account is connected. When an account is disconnected, we delete its tokens within 30 days.

People who watch our videos

The tool does not collect any data about viewers, followers or anyone who is not on our team.

Children

The tool is for our team only. Our apps are for adults, 18 and over.

How to disconnect

In TikTok: Settings and privacy → Security and permissions → Apps and services permissions → SubZero Labs Poster → Remove access. Or write to us and we will delete what we hold.
